How long does it take to receive
my order? |

| A:
All orders from Little Printing Press are customized, so once we
discuss what your needs are, then I will be able to give you a better
idea of how fast I can produce and deliver your order. Products
such as business cards, letterheads, memos and flyers usually only
take a few days. For more complex products like brochures or booklets,
there will be a longer turnaround period. |

What is the minimum/maximum quantity I can order? |

| A:
The Little Printing Press is geared for individuals and small businesses
with customized small to medium order sizes. The minimum order for
business cards, letterheads, flyers and other things of that nature
would be at least 20. For orders over 500 please allow at least
5-7 business days. |

What payment methods are acceptable? |
| |
| A:
The Little Printing Press accepts check or money orders. Please
make checks and money orders payable to: Jennifer Riina. |

How much do I have to leave as a deposit? |
| |
| A:
It is customary to leave at least half of the fee as a down payment.

Do we ever have to meet in order for me to place my order or pick
it up? |

| A:
No, that is entirely up to you. I am perfectly fine talking with
you over the phone or e-mail to collect your information and ideas,
then once I create the document I can send you a copy of it for
your approval and comments. Then once you give the OK, I will go
ahead and create the desired quantity and mail/ship it to you. Please
be aware that any shipping charges they will be added onto the remainder
of your balance. |

Can I get an order rushed
to me? |

| A:
If you give me the date that you need your order by then I will
try my very best to accommodate you. If you are unable to pick the
order up then I can express mail/ship it to you, but please be aware
that any additional shipping charges will be added to your bill. |

Will I be able to place reorders in the future easily? |
| |
| A:
Yes, we keep all documents created on file for easy access in case
reorders are ever requested. |
